About Us

Heartland Quilt Shop was established in May 2007 after years of ideas and dreams coming together in a building in Ridgewood. We are a cozy quilt shop with a fun personality. Our goal is for you to enjoy yourself 100% while you are here. Whether you are here to browse through our famous "inspirations in a bag" (kits) or need some help putting fabrics together, there is always someone there to help you.

We always have fantastic classes where laughter is the main ingredient.  We have a great assortment of classes to choose from every month.  From beginner to advanced, quilts to bags, there is always something for everyone.

Our shop has lots of top quality fabrics from Benartex, Moda, RJR, P & B, Hoffman and more.  From Batiks to Cottons to Flannels, we try to have a little bit of everything to suit everyone's fancy.  Between all of the great books, patterns and notions you will have no trouble getting into trouble!

Thimbleberries will always be found in our shop, as the shop owner is a #1 fan.  We are also a Thimbleberries 2009 Club shop and have lots of fun at our bi-monthly meetings.
